I have just returned from a special reception for our new vice president, Douglas Dardis. He is intense and serious, not at all like Mr. Thirwell. I told him about you and he said it is OK if I use the fax machine to contact you during the day. He is a tall man, about 50, very handsome, with just a bit of gray. I know what you are thinking, Mother, but he is married. His wife is very friendly. Everyone met her tonight, she is a petite blond.
Mr. Cowles was there too. I said hi but he squinted at me like he didn't know who I was. Since this was outside of work, there was a lot of alcohol served. Certain coworkers did not show restraint.
I am going to prepare for Sunday School class now. The students will get apostle stickers for right answers. If you collect all 12 apostles, you get a Christ postcard :)
Good night and God Bless,
Helen
