Re: Reception for Douglas Dardis
I would like you to join me in welcoming Mr. Douglas Dardis, our new vice president of Sales, to KitchenWorks at a cocktail reception to be held on Friday, January 28, at the Windy City Club, 122 S. Michigan (3rd floor), beginning at 4 p.m. Doug will be joined by his wife, Krissy.
Doug will oversee the sales force, customer support staff, and catalogue unit, continuing the excellent work of his predecessor, Jim Thirwell. Doug has a sterling track record in sales and marketing, with high-profile positions at Middlebury Corp. and Comfortware. He holds a master's degree in management from Northwestern University and a B.A. in economics from the University of Illinois.
Doug's first day on the job will be Monday, January 31. We're delighted to bring him on board and look forward to having him on our team.
